Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build software systems for IT focused on IaaS and HPC engineering principles
• Identify inefficiencies and conduct root cause analyses to drive operational improvements
• Lead continuous improvement projects from scoping through implementation and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure software engineering or DevOps roles
• Proven experience with IaaS platforms and HPC environments
• Expertise in workflow optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Advanced Python programming skills for automation and data analysis
