Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a customer-facing contact on key deals exceeding $100k in collaboration with account teams
- Facilitate communication and coordinate orders between strategic customers and Customer Service & Support
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline of SMB/SMCC customers, providing forecasting and risk assessment for key deals
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of customer-facing experience with Enterprise and Education customers
- Ability to understand business requirements for large device deals ($1M+)
- Experience managing inbound sales team business, including forecasting
- Demonstrated experience with Surface devices or PCs to Commercial or Consumer customers
- BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university
