Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support the contract workflow from intake through execution and processing
- Develop and draft contract documentation by researching client-specific information and verifying details
- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective workflow and consistent contract management processes
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, law, English, technical writing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a professional business setting, ideally in an analytical or project management role
- Experience with MS Office, CRM systems (Salesforce), and Adobe Acrobat
- Business-to-business experience managing evolving timelines and priorities
- Knowledge of relevant industry and marketplace is preferred
