A company is looking for a Conversation Designer to enhance user experiences in healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to facilitate UX processes
- Design and improve interactive voice response (IVR) and chat dialog systems
- Organize co-design workshops and document conversation design approaches
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field with 2-4 years of related experience
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma and Visio
- Proven experience designing and optimizing IVR and chat systems is preferred
- Strong understanding of conversation design principles and best practices is a plus
