Conversational AI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational AI Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and design for AI chatbot experiences across web and mobile
• Develop and refine conversational flows to support self-service experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities in a human-centered way

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong background in UX, product design, or content strategy with experience in conversational AI design
• Experience creating chatbot flows using tools like Figma, Voiceflow, or Botmock
• Ability to work in ambiguity and build structure through strategic thinking
• Familiarity with deterministic and generative AI systems; knowledge of ethical AI implementation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, or a related field preferred
