Key Responsibilities
- Develop systems for early warning signs and potential reputational risks
- Prepare strategic communication plans and key messaging for sensitive topics
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and handle media inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in managing media relations and serving as a spokesperson
- Deep understanding of corporate reputation management and stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience with a financial, tech, or publicly-traded company is ideal
- Experience in a PR agency or in-house communications team is preferred
