Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of the Business Conduct Program
  • Review and evaluate reports of suspected misconduct and conduct workplace investigations
  • Develop and provide training on the company's Guide to Business Conduct and related policies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance role or equivalent education/experience
  • Prior experience with internal investigations may substitute for years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Juris Doctorate or relevant post-graduate degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations related to ethics and compliance
