Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of the Business Conduct Program
- Review and evaluate reports of suspected misconduct and conduct workplace investigations
- Develop and provide training on the company's Guide to Business Conduct and related policies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a compliance role or equivalent education/experience
- Prior experience with internal investigations may substitute for years of experience
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Juris Doctorate or relevant post-graduate degree is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations related to ethics and compliance
