Corporate Controller Finance Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Finance, Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a transformation plan for the accounting shared services organization
• Oversee financial compliance, reporting, and internal control systems
• Manage and develop a team of over 100 accounting professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives
• Experience with financial technology solutions
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls
