Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and develop strategies for project execution from start to finish
- Take minutes at meetings, manage project documents, and maintain project schedules
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project objectives are met
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or related field
- Familiarity with workflow or strategy software, such as MS Project
- Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint
- Proficiency in document management, including budgets and contracts
- Part-time availability for 20 hours per week
