Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment life-cycle, including screening candidates and promoting a positive candidate experience
- Consult and advise hiring managers on the hiring process, developing job requisition details and reviewing job descriptions
- Develop sourcing strategies for talent acquisition using various resources to maintain a pipeline of candidates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or technology
- AIRS Certification preferred
- Proficiency with staffing tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment
