Key Responsibilities
- Oversee advisory engagements and special studies related to government financial and operational issues
- Manage a team conducting assessments of processes and internal controls, providing recommendations for improvements
- Ensure client accounting and financial reporting objectives are met, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in the government industry, including supervisory experience
- Active CPA licensure or relevant professional certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of government accounting and financial management standards
- Ability to develop a professional network and pursue new business opportunities
