Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead client compliance efforts, collaborating with external experts to meet accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals while overseeing project execution and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a multi-client environment
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and client relationships
• Experience in complex financial reporting and compliance across multiple industries
