CPA Vice President of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Accounting, Tax, and Treasury to lead its global Accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of accounting operations, global tax planning, and treasury functions
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and manage internal control frameworks
• Develop and optimize global treasury and cash management programs while supporting international expansion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required, Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of leadership experience in global accounting, tax, and treasury functions, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, internal controls (SOX), and public company reporting standards
• Experience in scaling finance functions in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of global tax strategy and compliance frameworks
