Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Administrator, Security Awareness Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production artists, animators, and writers, guiding their career development through mentorship
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative Strategy to establish the creative strategy and schedules for learning content
• Foster relationships and facilitate information exchange by partnering with internal stakeholders across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative project administration or relevant experience
• 3+ years of people management and leadership experience
• Strong project management skills, utilizing tools like monday.com
• Expertise in managing the animation production process and related content
• Understanding of graphic design principles and creative tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite
