Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Creative who will drive the creative strategic vision and product across the full creative portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative strategy vision and overall product to ensure client satisfaction and business results
- Mentor and develop a team of creatives while managing team performance and motivation
- Engage with senior clients and internal teams to deliver performance creative and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative digital marketing, preferably in an agency or brand-side leadership role
- Proven experience across paid media channels and retail marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)
- Demonstrated success in scaling business growth and client satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies
