Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Producer to manage and optimize creative resources and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess team capacity and align talent with projects while managing end-to-end project workflows
• Develop resource management strategies, including maintaining a pool of freelance talent and monitoring team utilization rates
• Implement improvements to resource management processes and utilize data-driven insights for better decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in resource and project management, preferably in a creative or agency environment
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and experience managing both internal and external resources
• Proficiency in project and resource management tools, such as Asana or Smartsheet
• Experience in the Finance, HR, Payroll, or B2B SaaS space
• Demonstrated success in scaling creative teams through strategic resource planning
