Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing creative projects in an agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across branding, digital design, and marketing
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and evaluate creative work
- Experience with project management tools and applying AI or automation to improve operations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is a plus
