Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create a motivational work environment for the creative services team and manage individual customer design implementations
• Facilitate team and customer meetings while communicating project information effectively
• Monitor team productivity and quality, recognize high performance, and assist in performance reviews and team development

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a creative services role (art director, graphic designer, etc.)
• 3+ years of successful leadership experience with project ownership and leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with Figma is required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience completing web design projects is required
