Job Summary
A company is looking for a Creative Traffic Manager for a contract position to support high-volume creative production needs for a major global event.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the trafficking process for 15,000+ individual graphics assets related to the event
- Manage and maintain digital routing systems to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate the ongoing flow of work among studio and production teams, ensuring alignment on schedules and priorities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in traffic/project management within an advertising, marketing, or creative environment
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack; advanced user capabilities preferred
- Experience with online proofing and project management tools such as ProofHQ, ClickUp, or Asana
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
