Key Responsibilities
- Process initial and re-credentialing applications for healthcare providers in compliance with guidelines
- Monitor and manage expired credentials, ensuring timely updates and reporting to leadership
- Support payer enrollment processes and maintain accurate provider files and documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on credentialing
- Understanding of credentialing practices and compliance monitoring
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, NCQA, and URAC credentialing standards
