Credit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Management Credit Analyst to support sales partners and merchants by analyzing and underwriting existing merchant accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite and review existing merchants requiring parameter updates
• Provide communication support to sales partners and review accounts that have been pended, declined, or withdrawn
• Analyze various business profiles and maintain relationships with sales partners while adhering to underwriting policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of underwriting or risk mitigation experience in the bank card industry or related field
• Experience in managing relationships with merchants and external customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet departmental needs
