Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit balances, undistributed payments, and refund requests
- Conduct timely reviews of payments and initiate refunds following established procedures
- Analyze data to resolve complex reimbursement issues and ensure accurate account adjustments
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance collections
- 1 year of experience with Credit Balance and Underpayments for Insurance and Patient Balances
- Strong knowledge of computer billing systems
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience in customer support or client issue resolution management
