Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credit Bureau Reporting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily functions related to Credit Bureau Reporting and Disputes, ensuring compliance with FCRA and Metro2 Standards
- Manage team performance, provide coaching, and ensure timely processing of disputes and exceptions
- Coordinate with Credit Bureau Agencies and other business areas to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Six (6) years of experience with at least one (1) year in a management role
- Two (2) years of experience in Credit Bureau Reporting and Disputes
- Extensive knowledge of FCRA requirements and Metro2 Standards
- Proficient in e-Oscar and Microsoft Suite, with intermediate Excel skills
