Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage HubSpot for marketing campaigns, activations, and automation workflows
- Ensure CRM data quality, integrity, and efficient data flow across systems
- Train internal teams on CRM best practices and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing HubSpot as a marketing automation platform
- Hands-on experience with CRM integrations
- Strong understanding of MQL rubrics and lead qualification strategies
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems, ensure data accuracy, and optimize workflows
- Experience training users and resolving technical issues in partnership with IT
