Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Retention Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute CRM strategies to enhance adoption and activation of Ads and Promo products
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns, including collaboration with designers and copywriters
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and share performance reports with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations
- Familiarity with CRM technology and segmentation tools
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with campaign experimentation (e.g., A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
