Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Business Systems Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency
- Develop and produce dashboards and reports for sales and executive leadership based on KPIs
- Conduct training for internal CRM users and manage user base, including onboarding and support
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer, business, or related field, with a minimum of five years in related roles
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Pardot, including configuration and integration
- Experience with CPQ and Jumpstart is preferred
- Project management experience is desired; PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
