Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of the Associate Underwriting team, optimizing workflows and ensuring productivity
• Facilitates communication with agents and customers to gather information for underwriting risks
• Drives initiatives to enhance efficiency and ensures compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Risk Management and Insurance, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 9 years of underwriting experience or a related field, including 4 years of leadership experience
• Typically manages 3 or more reports
