Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate decision-making between Process Owners and Business Owners to manage dependencies and risk controls
- Ensure awareness and adherence to global E2E processes across sales
- Develop and execute integrated communication plans to support change programs and business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, change management, and internal communications
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale transformations in enterprise environments
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity with a proactive approach
- High energy and strong work ethic with disciplined execution skills
