Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align advocacy programs with business objectives
- Identify and engage customer advocates, maintaining a database of compelling customer stories
- Design and manage customer advocacy programs, track performance, and facilitate participation in marketing activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Customer Advocacy or Customer Reference program, particularly in developing B2B case studies
- Solid understanding of technology and IT pain points
- Knowledge of B2B marketing communication fundamentals with a digital-first mindset
- Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite
- Reasonable academic or on-the-job experience is acceptable
