Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocate Lead to ensure timely transportation services for Medicaid recipients through effective oversight and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure enforcement of contract regulations pertaining to transportation providers
  • Oversee the trip assignment process and support the Customer Advocate teams
  • Develop alternative transportation options and assist with driver training and inspection programs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Four (4) plus years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and covered services
  • Knowledge of non-emergency transportation services is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
