Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate Lead to ensure timely transportation services for Medicaid recipients through effective oversight and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure enforcement of contract regulations pertaining to transportation providers
- Oversee the trip assignment process and support the Customer Advocate teams
- Develop alternative transportation options and assist with driver training and inspection programs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Four (4) plus years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and covered services
- Knowledge of non-emergency transportation services is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
