Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Governance, Risk and Compliance - Customer Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries and manage security questionnaires, audits, and related tasks
- Build and implement a customer assurance program leveraging tools and technologies
- Lead customer-facing discussions and translate technical security controls into business-relevant language
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in security, GRC, or customer-facing technical roles, with 3+ years in people management
- Prior experience supporting customer security reviews, audits, or RFPs in a SaaS or cybersecurity setting
- In-depth knowledge of security and privacy frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Strong understanding of cloud security and modern SaaS infrastructure
- Experience in building and scaling customer assurance programs and managing multiple requests simultaneously
