Customer Authentication Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Authentication Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance and operation of authentication and related security systems
• Onboard a new application for the account origination flow, ensuring a frictionless onboarding process
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to build out the customer authentication journey

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four years of experience in Information Security/Technology, or a High School Diploma with eight years of experience
• Proficiency in Java/JavaScript and experience with Okta or Optzero products preferred
• Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC concepts/tools (Git, Atlassian stack)
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure) and various operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows)
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIAM) and strong understanding of authentication protocols and network security principles
