A company is looking for a Customer Care Advocate to join their Global Customer Solutions and Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and email, providing exceptional service
- Research and resolve customer requests regarding various product aspects and policy provisions
- Enhance customer relationships through effective communication and empathy
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Flexible to work specific shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday
- Availability for all days of virtual training from September 15th to November 21st
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior call center experience is highly preferred
