Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Advocate to join their Global Customer Solutions and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and email, providing exceptional service
  • Research and resolve customer requests regarding various product aspects and policy provisions
  • Enhance customer relationships through effective communication and empathy
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Flexible to work specific shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday
  • Availability for all days of virtual training from September 15th to November 21st
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior call center experience is highly preferred
