Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate (Contract 6 months).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business or related field is an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or order-processing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/French) is a must
