Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Customer Care Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate virtually with customers regarding package delivery and resolve issues
• Document package delivery flow in the tracking system
• Assist customers and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task using multiple computer applications while on a call
• Availability to work various shifts
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with at least 8GB RAM and an i5 processor or higher
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
