A company is looking for a part-time Customer Care Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate virtually with customers regarding package delivery and resolve issues
- Document package delivery flow in the tracking system
- Assist customers and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task using multiple computer applications while on a call
- Availability to work various shifts
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with at least 8GB RAM and an i5 processor or higher
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
