Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Communication Dispatch II Coordinator - Part Time/Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and ensure timely resolution of requests
  • Monitor dispatch systems and communicate with field personnel to meet response times
  • Perform administrative duties and assist field managers with various tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
  • 2 to 4 years of related experience preferred
  • Prior dispatch or call taker experience is a plus
  • Strong PC literacy and data entry skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends
