Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and ensure timely resolution of service requests
- Monitor the dispatch system and communicate with field personnel to meet response times
- Perform administrative duties and assist field managers with various tasks
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- 2 to 4 years of related experience preferred, particularly in dispatch or call taking
- Strong PC literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to manage group email boxes effectively
- Willingness to cover overnight shifts and weekends as needed
