Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement & Community Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategy and execution of the customer community, including content creation and moderation
- Manage customer cases and collaborate with Account Managers to resolve issues efficiently
- Attend product meetings to integrate client feedback into product development and manage Beta programs
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, community management, or product engagement strategy
- Experience in pre-sales or post-sales support, including product demos and training
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage projects with stakeholders
- Experience with CRMs, Customer Support tools, and Project Management tools
- Familiarity with the Google Productivity Suite
