A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager responsible for engaging and growing business relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and upsell/cross-sell services to existing accounts
- Develop sales strategies and maintain accurate account and opportunity plans
- Nurture client relationships and track project delivery while mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in selling/closing deals in consulting/IT services
- Experience in growing services business, including Consulting, Implementation, and Analytics
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong background in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with C-Level client relationship management
