Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate - Disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle pilot line calls and email communications to ensure timely responses to claims
  • Manage and authorize payments on claims while adhering to service and production standards
  • Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather necessary information regarding claims
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Two years of STD/LTD claims adjudication experience
  • Experience in TPA or self-administration services preferred
  • FMLA/State leave claims experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA regulations and disability procedures
