A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate - Disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle pilot line calls and email communications to ensure timely responses to claims
- Manage and authorize payments on claims while adhering to service and production standards
- Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather necessary information regarding claims
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Two years of STD/LTD claims adjudication experience
- Experience in TPA or self-administration services preferred
- FMLA/State leave claims experience preferred
- Knowledge of ERISA regulations and disability procedures
