Key Responsibilities

- Leads and mentors a team of CRM specialists, providing guidance and support for professional growth
- Analyzes CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of sales enablement experience, with a preference for CRM management
- Master's Degree strongly preferred
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years of relevant experience is considered
- Proven leadership experience required; management experience preferred
