Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Retail Agent who will provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer world-class email, phone, and web support to customers with individual attention
- Facilitate customer relationship management through effective listening and engagement
- Use sound judgment to address customer inquiries and support the CX team as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
- Engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with browser-based tools
- Willingness to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, including Sundays and Mondays
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but not required
