Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to external clients and assistance to internal departments
- Coordinate daily customer service activities and liaise with the sales team for in-field support
- Maintain accurate documentation for transactions and collaborate with the Accounting department for processing adjustments

- Ability to meet call center performance objectives
- Proficiency in CRM software
