Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive service and advocacy for patient-related issues and concerns
- Perform accounts receivable functions including cash collection, account resolution, and financial assistance program support
- Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory matters while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Experience with billing systems and revenue management processes is preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare billing is beneficial
