Key Responsibilities
- Manage EZLynx implementation projects, ensuring timely communication and high-quality outcomes
- Identify and manage customer expectations while providing guidance on best practices and workflows
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, fostering strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience
- Ability to establish credibility with clients through industry and product knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the insurance industry or with EZLynx software is a plus
