Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the adoption of their fleet management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to assess goals and ensure proper onboarding alignment and account setup
- Track tasks against schedules, execute onboarding efforts, and coordinate with internal staff to meet milestones
- Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes and share customer feedback with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
- Experience with project management tools (Gainsight, Asana), CRM systems (Salesforce), and communication tools (Slack)
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets
- Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
- Empathetic approach to customer service and a passion for organization and process improvement
