Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the adoption of their fleet management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to assess goals and ensure proper onboarding alignment and account setup
  • Track tasks against schedules, execute onboarding efforts, and coordinate with internal staff to meet milestones
  • Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes and share customer feedback with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Experience with project management tools (Gainsight, Asana), CRM systems (Salesforce), and communication tools (Slack)
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
  • Empathetic approach to customer service and a passion for organization and process improvement
