Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding and Retention Specialist to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process and connect them with training resources
  • Identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Design and analyze customer satisfaction surveys to provide insights for enhancing the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, retention, or success roles, preferably in SaaS
  • A bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and relevant tools
  • Highly preferred to have knowledge of QuickBooks software
