A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding and Retention Specialist to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process and connect them with training resources
- Identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to improve retention and satisfaction
- Design and analyze customer satisfaction surveys to provide insights for enhancing the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, retention, or success roles, preferably in SaaS
- A bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and relevant tools
- Highly preferred to have knowledge of QuickBooks software
