A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
- Assist customers with tracking orders, product returns, and other post-purchase inquiries
- Help de-escalate customer issues with empathy and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least six months of experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
- Must have high-speed internet access and a secured workspace
