A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
- Assist customers with tracking orders, checking order statuses, and product returns
- Help de-escalate customer frustrations and occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least six months of customer service experience preferred
- Must have high-speed internet access with specific requirements
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
