Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as a first-line advocate for member and provider inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
  • Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
  • Documents communications and maintains quality standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position, typically requiring little or no previous experience
  • Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
  • Ability to comply with quality standards and regulations
  • Experience in customer service environments is a plus
