Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as a first-line advocate for member and provider inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
- Documents communications and maintains quality standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position, typically requiring little or no previous experience
- Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
- Ability to comply with quality standards and regulations
- Experience in customer service environments is a plus
